Data that stays on your device
The core of the extension works without sending anything to us. When you open it on a page, it reads that page to list images, videos and audio, and saves the files you pick to your Downloads folder.

Data in chrome.storage.sync is synced between your own Chrome browsers by Google if you have Chrome Sync turned on. We cannot read it.
When you download a file, your browser requests it directly from the website that hosts it, the same way it would if you saved it by hand. Files never pass through our server.
Account data on our server
Signing in is optional for browsing the free plan. When you choose Sign in with Google, or activate a license key, our server stores the following so your trial and paid plan follow your Google account across devices and reinstalls.

We do not receive or store card numbers, billing addresses or any other payment details. Those stay with Gumroad.
To keep your plan accurate, the server re-checks your license keys with Gumroad about once a day, and the extension refreshes your plan from our server about every 12 hours.
What we never collect
- Your browsing history or the addresses of pages you visit
- Page content, including the images and videos you scan or download
- Keystrokes, clicks, form data, messages or passwords
- Your location
- Analytics, tracking pixels or advertising identifiers
Google user data
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your Google account ID, email and name are used only to provide your trial and paid plan and to answer support requests. People never read this data unless you ask us for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your data
- On your device: clear download history in Options, sign out to remove your session, or uninstall the extension to remove everything stored locally.
- On our server: account data is kept while your account is in use. Email ngovanvien1010@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account data within 30 days. Deleting it ends any trial or paid plan linked to that account.
- At Gumroad: purchase records are kept by Gumroad under its own policy, including for tax and accounting purposes.
Security
All traffic between the extension, our server, Google and Gumroad uses HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are signed by our server and expire after 90 days. Access to the database is limited to the server itself. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as possible so there is less to protect.
Children
The extension is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
